‘Plated Desserts with David Vidal’

This course will be held at the Edible Art Patisserie situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, in Cheltenham and will be hosted by international Pastry Chef - David Vidal.

David Vidal is known the world over for his distinctive style and intricate designs that are ever present throughout all of his creations. This class will show you ‘behind the curtain’ as David shares all his tips and tricks on how to recreate some of his favourite creations, incorporating many techniques and styles that are adaptable and transferable to your own offering.

This class will run between 9am & 5pm (approximately) on both days, but please allow for a slight overrun.

Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided on the day. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by. Please bare in mind when planning that refreshments and lunch will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring them along with you.

This class will primarily be demonstration style, but there may be a chance to get hands-on. The creations from the class will be available to take away after the event so you can enjoy them in all their glory! The class is very personal and is limited in number to ensure that all participants get the most out of the experience.

This class is ideal for patisserie chefs, enthusiastic individuals, and those wanting to understand the full concepts of David’s teachings.

No experience is necessary and rest assured we always have a varied selection of participants - our courses truly are open to all!
