‘Chocolate Figurines with Emmanuele Forcone’

This 3-day course will be held at the Edible Art Academy situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, in Cheltenham, and will be hosted by World Pastry Champion 2015, Emmanuele Forcone.

Please Note - this demonstration class will be conducted in English.

Over the course of 3 days, learn how International Pastry Consultant, Emmanuele Forcone creates his unique chocolate figurines. These technical but playful creations are sure to blow your mind!

This class will run between 9am & 5pm (approximately) on all three days, but please allow for a slight overrun.

Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by. Please bare in mind when planning that refreshments and lunch will not be provided.

This class will primarily be demonstration style, but there may be a chance to get hands-on if the chef wishes. The class is very personal and is limited in number to ensure that all participants get the most out of the experience. This class is ideal for patisserie chefs, enthusiastic individuals, and those wanting to understand the full concepts of what Emmanuele has to offer. No experience is necessary and rest assured we always have a varied selection of participants - our courses truly are open to all!
