‘Modern Patisserie with Jeffrey Tan’

This 3-day course will be held at the Edible Art Academy situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham, and will be hosted international pastry chef, Jeffrey Tan.

Owner of ‘JT Patisserie’, Jeffrey Tan, hosts masterclasses around the world, showcasing his patisserie expertise and is joining us in Cheltenham to host his first ever UK masterclass. Focussing on modern flavour combinations and precise finishing techniques, this class is perfect for anybody looking to expand their patisserie skill-set.

This class will run between 9am & 5pm (approximately) on all three days, but please allow for a slight overrun.

Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided on the day. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by. Please bare in mind when planning that refreshments and lunch will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring them along with you.

This class will primarily be demonstration style, but there may be a chance to get hands-on if the chef wishes. The creations from the class will be available to take away after the event so you can enjoy them in all their glory! The class is very personal and is limited in number to ensure that all participants get the most out of the experience.

This class is ideal for chocolatiers, patisserie chefs, enthusiastic individuals, and those wanting to understand the full concepts of what Jeffrey has to offer. No experience is necessary and rest assured we always have a varied selection of participants - our courses truly are open to all!
