‘Signature Pastries with Joakim Prat’

This 3-day course will be held at the Edible Art Aacademy situated in the prestigious district of Montpellier, Cheltenham, and will be hosted by renowned pastry chef Joakim Prat.

Please Note - this demonstration class will be conducted in English.

From a young age, Joakim Prat has impressed industry leaders and followers of pastry for his creative take on classics. Having worked in some leading establishments, not only in the UK but Europe, Joakim Prat became known for his stunning eclairs - you know the ones! This class will focus on his signature pastries, as well as the infamous eclairs and is perfect for all pastry chef’s, bakers and enthusiasts alike.

This class will run between 9am & 5pm (approximately) on all three days, but please allow for a slight overrun.

Please bring a notepad & pen for your own notes, although a booklet with the recipes & methods will be provided on the day. A break will also be provided for lunch whether you choose to bring some with you, or enjoy one of the many eateries we are lucky enough to be surrounded by.

This class will primarily be demonstration style, but there may be a chance to get hands-on if the chef wishes - however please respect the chefs way of working and understand this is advertised as a demo class. The creations from the class will be available to take away after the event so you can enjoy them in all their glory!

The class is very personal and is limited in number to ensure that all participants get the most out of the experience. This class is ideal for patisserie chefs, enthusiastic individuals, and those wanting to understand the full concepts of what Joakim has to offer. No experience is necessary and rest assured we always have a varied selection of participants - our courses truly are open to all!
